Things We've Missed, Alabama Bound & A Little Bit of Baby

The main reason we went down to Tucson was to help my parents move to Alabama. They have moved quite a bit in the last few years and now they are on their way to the south again! They get it pretty easy with a company that packs everything and hauls it away but they still need bodies to help! Plus we needed to say goodbye to the house where we fell in love in and see friends//family!

I also got to go to dinner at my favorite place Golden Dragon & favorite ice cream at Frost with this cute girl! (Three things I have missed!) It was so good to see her and catch up on everything! We have been besties for more than 10 years and its crazy to see that we are now starting our own little families and how much we have grown together! love her.

And a little bit of baby! I'm so glad we went down to Tucson so my friends, family and my parents got to see and feel our little one kicking.. cause the past week, he hasn't stopped moving and we love it!

It was SO good to see everyone! My prego brain forgot to get pictures with everyone while they were there so I only got the girls who stayed later to chat  and wish I got one with everyone! 

 

 

I miss all my cute friends in Tucson and so thankful for all they have done for me! They are beautiful angels in my life and I will never be able to find my girls like the ones i found in tucson! Love you all!

If i haven't said it before I'll say it now, I have the BEST best friends a girl could possibly ask for! I don't know how I got so lucky to have these beautiful girls in my life! 
Melina & Kelsi are leaving me in September to work in Scottsdale Arizona and were down for the weekend looking for apartments and they drove down to Tucson and surprised me by coming to my shower! I cried when I opened the door and saw them! They seriously are my best friends! 

Thank you SO much everyone for all of your gifts, love and support for our little family! We couldn't be more blessed with the amazing family and friends we have and how much our little one will be loved! 

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

There are so many reasons why I love this man. 

And I couldn't be happier. He is my other half and completes me. He is what I always wanted and better. 

This year has been the best & hardest but the best have been the absolute best of my whole life. 

I am so thankful I have him for eternity and couldn't have picked a better husband, father to my children and best friend to spend my life with. I love him more than I thought I could love anyone in this world. 

Day of Anniversary Fun!

Beach fun! We went to Coronado Beach and it was so relaxing and perfect weather! At the beach all day, sunscreen twice & burnt bad!!  

Then my adorable husband planned a date night for our anniversary! We went on a beautiful boat ride on the ocean

 

Then we went to my favorite restaurant of all time, Benihanas! Seth even made reservations so we walked right in! Husband points.. i think yes! 

San Diego Lovin

We love San Diego and the beach but mostly because we spent our honeymoon there a year ago and it reminds us of how much fun we had! It also is a great reminder of how happy we were to get married to each other!

After walking the beach and seeing the shops we went to Red Lobster! A big treat for us!

Babymoon

Before our cute little one comes we decided to do one last road trip down to Tucson to help my parents move and see family and friends! Since it landed on the same week as our one year anniversary we took a little detour and went to San Diego! 

 

We had our cooler, snacks and bags packed and left right after work. We headed to Mesquite for the night in a cute little condo. It was adorable! Then the next morning headed to San Diego to stay in a beautiful bed and breakfast!

 

Since it was a lot of driving on our trip (a total of 34 hours) i pre-pinterest and found some good question games for us and it was so much fun to get to know each other more and laugh! Check them out.. HIS&HER Q&A QUESTIONS

Visiting Teaching

Visiting Teaching this month.. probably my favorite assignment. pick a talk from conference! I choose this one.. These Things I Know by Boyd K. Packer

I decided to print off all these cute quotes from General Conference and cut them all up and put them in a cute decorated jar so they could have many quotes from all the talks! It was the easiest thing and super cute! I found most of the print off on.. Mormon Mommy Blogs & My Computer is My Canvas

Registering for Our Little One

I never thought I would be that girl who got married after a few months of knowing someone, get pregnant in the first three years of marriage let alone the first year and I never thought that i could ever be this happy with how things have turned out!

I also can NOT believe that i am putting these pictures up for two reasons.. one. its proof that last year we were registering for our WEDDING and this year we are registering for our BABY! two because i look like a white blob... enough said. 

 

Thanks to my indecisive mind, our wedding registry took a very long time. a long enough time that my husband cant stand to step foot in Target anymore. Long enough time where half way through, i was choosing towels and I looked around and Seth was missing. i went down a few isles to find him laying on a beanbag chair in the middle of the kitchen isle. Later I also found that he got so bored that when he had the scanner he happened to scan band-aids, spider-man underwear and of course an xbox (but i don't think that one was out of boredom) 

So to get him there.. he got some treats He was a good sport. it also helped that it didn't take nearly as long! 

We have heard many stories of late night cravings.. but I am always so tired that when my head hits the pillow... im out. So seth has never had to deal with the running to the store at 2 in the morning for pickles or in my case fruit! 

But last night, i could kill for some mac 'n cheese at 11:30 (so close to midnight) I was already in bed and my cute husband had just gotten home from basketball and was doing laundry... i know.. im the luckiest girl ever.
